Answer to GrampaGotTheKeys and RitchCraft
TL;DR To extract recovery image from these CDs use PowerQuest Drive Image or Symantec Norton Ghost 12.0. Password YNAKMUA
To GrampaGotTheKeys: I found an issue and wrote article about. Google it by name "Артефакты прошлого: TabletPC Compaq TC1000 и загадка recovery-дисков" and translate from Russian language using Google Translator.
To RitchCraft: This isn't the password to extract data from ISO. This is the password which needed to recover data directly from FACTORY.PQI file placed in RESTORE directory on 1st CD. It was set on factory to prevent illegal copying of Windows XP Tablet PC Edition OEM version.

There is a password?
I have no idea why there would be a password on this? I owned this tablet PC and these files were taken directly from the media that came with it. I just opened this file with 7zip and then the ISOs included inside which is still located on my NAS, neither of which required a password? If there is a password now the file had to been altered after I uploaded it, which I'm not sure how that could have happened.

Couldn't get it to work
How do I use the restore CD ISOs?
I burned the ISOs to CDs with ImgBurn,
Selected to boot from the CD,
But it complains 'USB Drive support is disabled',
Can anyone help?
